Shipping Policy

At Sakura Play, we strive to process and ship your orders promptly. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will generally be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the following day, including weekends and public holidays.

Local delivery (Singapore)
We use SPX Tracked Delivery for all local deliveries within Singapore.
– Delivery fee: S$3. Delivery is free on orders of S$150 and above.
– Delivery time: 1–3 working days.

Self-pickup
Prefer to collect your order yourself? Choose self-pickup at checkout and collect it in Hougang (577 Hougang Ave 4, Singapore 530577).

Please note:
– SPX delivers within Singapore. International orders ship with FedEx (see below).
– Once a parcel has been handed over to SPX, delivery is subject to SPX’s handling and delivery process.
– Lost or damaged parcels during transit are subject to SPX’s claims process.
– For approved lost-parcel claims, reimbursement is capped at S$150, subject to SPX’s claim assessment and approval.

International delivery
We ship overseas with FedEx Priority and FedEx Economy to most countries FedEx serves. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom. Delivery prices are FedEx's live rates, shown at checkout before you pay.

International delivery times
The range shown at checkout is FedEx's transit time plus up to 2 business days for us to pack your order. Orders paid before 12:00 noon (Singapore time) on a business day start counting that day. Pre-orders ship when stock arrives, so for those we show transit days only. Customs checks can add time.

Import duties and taxes
International prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. These are set by your country and are paid by you to FedEx on delivery, together with FedEx's own fee for paying them on your behalf. At checkout we show FedEx's estimate where FedEx provides one; the final amount is decided by your country's customs.

Refused or unclaimed parcels
If an international parcel is refused or not collected, FedEx returns it to us. We refund the order minus the return shipping and any duties FedEx charges us.
